Simple first-batch fulfilment.
Dispatch target
For the first paid v0.1 batch, TRADE DESK will aim to dispatch your order within 10 business days of checkout confirmation. Carrier delivery times may vary by region.
Cancellation before dispatch
If a delay no longer works for you, you can cancel before dispatch for a refund instead of waiting.
Founder fulfilment
The first v0.1 batch is packed manually. Later 3PL, FBA, or retail fulfilment decisions come after real D2C validation.
Proofing caveat
Target specs before production proof approval.
The site shows target v0.1 specs and realistic launch assets so buyers understand the intended product. If final production specs materially change before dispatch, customers can cancel before dispatch for a refund.
